Services

From first structure
to live site.

I handle the website as one project: structure, design, development, domain setup, deployment, and launch. The deliverable is the working site.

Project direction

Two ways to start.

Choose a Foundation when one already fits the job. Choose Custom when the site needs its own direction.

01

Foundation

Start with an existing Lanmark design and adapt the identity, content, photography, pages, and details around the business while keeping the core system intact.

02

Custom

Start from scratch when the project needs its own visual language, a different information structure, integrations, unusual functionality, or simply does not belong in the Foundation collection.

Capabilities

What I can handle within the project.

Not every site needs all of this. The scope follows the work that is actually required.

01

Structure

Navigation, page planning, content hierarchy, calls to action, and how the site is organized.

02

Content adaptation

Turning supplied business information into page-ready content without changing the facts.

03

Visual design

Typography, spacing, imagery, hierarchy, components, and responsive states.

04

Development

The production build for desktop, tablet, and mobile, including interaction and performance work.

05

Forms + functionality

Inquiry forms and other straightforward site functions. More involved application work moves into Custom scope.

06

Search basics

Page titles, descriptions, semantic HTML, crawlable pages, sitemap support, and basic technical SEO.

07

Domain + DNS

Connect the client-owned domain and change DNS without disturbing existing email records.

08

Deployment + verification

HTTPS, production configuration, redirects, forms, and a final check of the public site.

Foundation scope

A defined starting point, not a locked template.

The underlying design stays recognizable, while the identity, content, imagery, and page details are adapted to the business.

Typically fits within Foundation

  • An existing Foundation design
  • Standard site pages, typically up to five
  • Business name, logo, colors, and basic type adaptation
  • Supplied business information organized for the site
  • Client photography or suitable licensed stock photography
  • Responsive desktop, tablet, and mobile implementation
  • One standard contact or inquiry form
  • Basic metadata, domain connection, HTTPS, deployment, and verification

Usually moves into Custom

  • Significant redesign of the Foundation structure
  • E-commerce or payment flows
  • Booking or reservation systems
  • User accounts, portals, or dashboards
  • Complex integrations or data-heavy functionality
  • Large migrations or unusually large page structures
  • Extensive copywriting or original brand identity work
  • Other requirements that fundamentally change the starting system

Content + assets

Start with whatever already exists.

You provide the facts: what the business does, services or products, contact details, locations, policies, credentials, and anything else that needs to be stated accurately.

Existing logos, brand files, photography, brochures, and old-site content are all useful starting material. I can organize what you have and source suitable licensed stock photography when needed.

You do not need to collect everything before getting in touch. Send what you have; missing pieces can be identified once the project has some shape.

Launch

Launch is part of the job.

A site is not finished just because it looks right on my machine. It has to work on the public domain.

Domain ownership

Your domain stays in your name. I connect and configure it; I do not take ownership of it.

DNS

DNS changes are made carefully, with existing mail records such as MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC preserved where needed.

HTTPS

HTTPS and certificate setup are included in the production launch.

Deployment

I configure the production environment and deploy the site to the agreed hosting setup.

Verification

After deployment I check public pages, redirects, forms, domain behavior, and the main launch paths.

Hosting flexibility

The site can use a Lanmark-managed setup or live elsewhere when another host makes more sense.

Need something outside this list?

Scope follows the project.

This is the common scope, not a menu of everything Lanmark can ever do. If the project falls outside it, the question is simply whether it still fits a Foundation or should be handled as Custom work.
