Small studio.

Lanmark Studio is an independent web studio run by me, Lan.
I plan the structure, design the site, build it, deploy it, and check the finished work. There is no account handoff between the person you speak with and the person doing the work.
The idea
Not every good website needs to begin from a blank page.
Many businesses need a well-made site more than they need a one-off design exercise. The structure should fit the business, the content should be accurate, and the finished site should work properly once it is public.
Foundations are my way of doing more of the design work up front. When one fits, it gives the project a strong starting point. When none of them fit, I build the site as Custom work instead of bending a Foundation past its purpose.
Principles
A few rules I keep coming back to.
Do not invent credibility.
No fabricated reviews, made-up history, unsupported numbers, or placeholder claims presented as fact.
Design the site that will actually ship.
Responsive behavior, forms, performance, deployment, and technical constraints belong in the design process from the start.
Keep ownership with the client.
The domain stays in the client’s name. Business claims come from the client; I handle the technical work around them.
How I work
Start with the information, not the decoration.
Before choosing a visual direction, I want to know who the site is for, what they need to find, and what they should be able to do next.

Content
What the business does, what can be said accurately, and what material already exists.

Structure
Navigation, page order, section hierarchy, and the paths visitors are likely to take.

Design + build
Typography, imagery, layout, responsive behavior, and interaction are worked out alongside the build.

Production
The last stage is the public site: domain connection, HTTPS, deployment, forms, redirects, and launch checks.
Working directly
The person making the decisions is also building the site.
Lanmark stays small on purpose. You speak directly with the person doing the work, and there is one line of responsibility from the first conversation through launch.
It also keeps the scope honest. If the work outgrows a Foundation, I will call it Custom instead of pretending it still fits the package.
